This little fish came home six months ago from the Saturday Morning Market in Rozelle.
It was cute.
I loved the pouting little lips in pink!
The glass is a combination of pink "alabastro" and a clear glass with silver inclusions. From what I can make out there are variations between the factories in the some of the features of the fish.
The tail shape and the exaggeration of the pouting lips are taken into consideration with an attribution.
I need some help here!

Hi
Almost 98% sure this is by either Maestro Luciano or Mario Gambaro. The technique used is a variation of the Argento which normally is Silver inclusions but gold has been used in this case
Dean
Hi Dean.
I think it is silver and therefore Argento.
Perhaps the photos suggest gold, but it is definitely silver.
So, Gambaro e Poggi?
Or is that a modern incarnation?
Eduino Ferro, Mario Gambaro e poi Luciano Gambaro: una tradizione.
Have you seen this?

Many thanks yet again for your comments!
Hi Vetrai
The Silver is definitely Argento and they striations and overall dispersion pattern is a definite style used by Maestro Luciano Gambaro. You are most welcome with the comments, always happy to help
Dean
