I have this lovely old enamel and silver cigarette box and would love to know more about it. It features a Equestrian / Fox Hunting theme. It comes in its original leather bound, silk and velvet-lined box [which has some condition issues], on both inside panels there are two maker's marks. One is stamped 'GS' and there is another small maker's mark with a head. I can't make out the manufacturer's name but I can see it might be from Austria, Vienna. Silver with gold interior and a sapphire clasp button. There is some damage to the bottom enamel panel but overall it looks very good. Signed and inscribed inside the gold interior to it's original recipient in German I believe.
Any info would be greatly appreciated as it it's origins or age.
