This is a jump hour watch. Jump hour watches are analog watches that display only what time it is, rather than all of the numbers at once, similar in concept to a digital display. On this watch, you can still see the numbers around it unlike other jump hours, but you can tell how it operates because of it. The glass is clear only inside the circles where the time is read, the rest is a little foggy. I am unclear on how to date this piece. I haven't been able to find out much about Jojo watches. I know that jump hours have been around for many decades now, but were most popular in the 70's, perhaps somewhat in the 60's. The wrist band leads me to believe more 70's, but the face is less convincing to me.
