Poor little monkey, he's dry rotting so he looks kinda horrible in places. Amazing thing is, he still works! I'm a Stephen King fan so when I saw him I had to get him. He's featured in the book Skeleton Crew

This is definitely one creepy looking monkey ! He belongs in a Stephen King novel for sure ! Thanks (I think) for sharing him ! TG
LOL!! He's pretty terrifying if you read the story. He's rotted in all the right places, pretty much matches the one Stephen wrote about. In the story, the chimp would start playing then someone would die. When I purchased him, they told me he didn't work. I tinkered with 1 piece and then all of a sudden he started clanging the cymbals and screaming. Although you couldn't hear his screams for *MINE*. Hubby thought it was hysterical and he caught the monkey when I threw him lol
hea manikin & thrifty, maybe you could hook this, ahhhhh, monkey up with that creapy doll u all like so well. u know, maybe take its mind off of doin bad things like, oh, say, writing down the names of people that are scared s*#^less of them! (U dont think they heard me, do u?)
Hea monkey, u ought to check out that doll whos been makin "goo goo" eyes at u! I heard shes kinda sweet on u. Now remember monkey, who hooked u up!!! It was thrifty & some of the others that have been mean-mouthing u. not me!! Be sure to tell the doll, Damn monkey, wish you would quit lookin at me like that, i told u it was thrifty!!!!!!!!
I had one of those when I was a kid. Such a weird toy. Also featured in Toy Story 3. Nice find although I'd just pass him by (quickly) at a flea market.
