She is georgous. I would see if you could find a jeweler that could put a lever for the pin back on her. You could put her on your coat or on a hat. Maybe put a loop on the back and put her on an omega chain. Thanks for sharing her.
It should be easy to have a new pin put on since it looks like all the other parts are there. The small loop on the bottom right once held a safety chain (a fine chain with a safety-pin-like end to attach to your clothes) and this too can be replaced, although she'll be fine to wear without it. As for what to do with her, you can hang any kind of charm, pendant (I love vintage enameled eggs myself), locket or even a pretty art glass bead from the watch hook - or wear her as is - and wait for the compliments!

This is art noveau, watch holder, the loop on the back is to hold the watch. You should be able to have the pin replaced. It is probably gold filled.
