These twin size metal beds were bought by my grandfather, and have been used by my family ever since then. They have a faux wood finish. Metal casters at each post, and metal rails that connect the headboard to the footboard. Originally thay had very heavy spring assemblies which were a metal frame, long flat springs and coil springs. These are long gone.

Can anyone tell me who made these beds? When? and their value?

Thank you, very much, for your help.

I think the first one is from the 60's.

Not so. The first photo is the headboard, the second is the footboard, from each bed. In the 60's I was sleeping in them. My mother was born in 1919 and they belonged to her and her sister when she was very young.

My grandparents had one like yours I agree with wildman 1919. Value not much I have seen these go at auction between $15-25.

You might look into Simmons. I have a early bed close to the first one made by Simmons around 1915 or so. Dave

Dizzy & Bella, thank you for your help! I wish they would be worth more than $25, though.

      Regards
