in original plastic case, directions and bookmark. On circle joint is imprinted Perfect Bookmark, on flat part is Pat #. Have not found any information concerning this item. It was a handmedown from my gram who used to own an antique shop. Most of her stuff was high dollar then I find something like this. Eclectic, she was!
