Hi,
does anyone have anymore info on this doll which belongs to my wife. It has been in the family for some time, as pictured it does have the word CARES and made in Italy but I can't find anything in searches.
On her back she also has BREV.491220, she is made of some kind of hard plastic.
Her eyes move and she whines when you tip her forward and backwards.
These are her original clothes and she stands 25 1/2" high.
thank you for your time.

Hi your Italy doll is very nice . She doesn't appear to have the original clothes which is very important . She dates most likely from 40's to 50's . They are fairly common to identify and find , For some reason Italy made a lot of dolls by different companies that all have the same familiar face
Here is one for sale all original you can watch to see if it sells . They do not sell real high and there has been a big drop in doll prices over past year so it is the Mint ones that still sell . Buyers are getting more select . Hope this helps .

Thanks for your help, I will watch the doll you found.

Your welcome David . I hope it will give you an idea on your doll. I do think the date of 30's is not correct on one listed . It is same era as yours :-)
