Hello I picked this up years ago at a estate sale in MI. I believe it is a Hebrew clip because of the lettering on the top of the clip. Did a little research and I believe the middle symbol or letter stands for Cheit (importance of life) but I am not sure. It looks like something you can clip onto a belt or slip on a pocket of a sports jacket. It is made very sturdy and has some weight to it. I think it is very unusual and might have some history behind it? I hope someone can help me identify it or have some more information on it. Thanks Ruth
