WHITEFRIARS -ENGLAND PAPER WEIGHT, very cool piece of crystal paperweight , with and odd makers mark i have no idea what this is , but i know this is very beautiful and i know its european and not american design from what imsaying for the year date to a point is 1972. that much i do know .PAID $2.99 FOR THIS BEAUT.
