Ever since I became aware of Loetz glass and the many decors they designed and developed, over 40,000 I read somewhere, I have wanted this particular décor. Well the glass gods were smiling this month – I finally landed one. It is a real beauty, standing 12.5’ high. My glass friend Warren said about his Ausf. 237 – “This is a real artisan piece and is a visual and tactile feast for the eyes and hands”. I agree!
I am finding this piece difficult to shoot. These pictures are not great and do not do the piece justice. Perhaps I will re post once I get a nice shot.
