Here is one of my recent finds that it seems some radio collectors out there may enjoy. It is an all original Philco Radio that is in very good condition for its age. The broadcast radio also works, but does have a hum that varies in volume depending on the station that is tuned in.
Its dimensions are around 29.5W x 40.5H x 14D inches. There is a broadcast plus 2 short wave bands for both police and overseas. I am unsure if the police and overseas station work or can be tuned in.
I would appreciate any feedback on whether this is a more common or rare model. I did some research and in around 2005 ones in similar condition to this and working were selling for over $400.00 apparently. So I am not sure where they would be priced at this time.
