I WAS TOLD THIS CAME OUT OF A WWII VET'S FOOT LOCKER. IT IS MADE OF HEAVY ALUMINUM AND WORKS PERFECTLY. I HAD ONE WHEN I WAS IN THE SERVICE IN THE LATE 60'S WHEN I SMOKED A PIPE BUT IT WAS A LOT LIGHTER CONSTRUCTION THAN THIS. I CAN FIND NO MANUFACTURER'S MARKINGS.
