Several months ago we posted some military bars that belonged to my husband's uncle; today we were looking at his Dad's Navy keepsakes and wondered if someone could identify these for us. From what we learned about the Uncle's bars we think his Dad was in the same area as his brother. Thank you, we really appreciate the help.
