I found the button metal detecting, there is an eagle with a skeleton key and a sword crossed with a ring of 13 stars beneath the eagle. The bottom is all messed up from being in the ground, but I was wondering if you guys could give me any info on the age or anything else about the button. Thanks!

    Quartermanster corps branch insignia.

Maybe a collar device from WW1 era.
