Bell and Howell Field model Cine Camera. I found this camera this weekend in a small shop in the middle of nowhere Montana. I had/ have no idea what it is but it caught my eye so I picked it up.
There is a patent number 75367 inside the camera and another stamp under that one that says patent applied for.
I just figured out how to run it and it works. It winds really smoothly and there is a film indicator dial on the one side that spins while running. It sounds like it could use a little oil though.
From what I am gathering it was made somewhere in the 1920's?
