Does anyone know if this is a Betsy Wetsy doll? She has yarn for hair, a composition head I think and a rubber body. There are no markings except a small hole in her back left cheek, hole in mouth, and a hole on each side of nose(top bridge, very small). She is wearing original clothes. I know she is old but not sure the date or who she is. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

She looks like it to me. I have seen that outfit as well. It may be a pattern from McCalls, but collectors love that stuff. See if there is a tag. If there isn't one check the stitching. Ebay has set the price for dolls these days. Check there for going prices. Look at the back of her neck around the hairline for markings
