I couldn't pass these up when I saw them as I know there is history behind them. I've tried translating the label without success. YCCP is on the label. They look to have a function because of the arms unless they are symbols of angels. Beads are embedded in the headress and down the front and around back of base. Any help would be great!
Thanks!

They are definitely angels - not sure about Russian though.
For some reason they look Ukranian (sp?) to me.
