Got this at a flea market many years ago. Not sure exactly what it represents. Any way to tell if its real or a reproduction?

I can't read the writing on the front - please add a clearer image or post the text!
This is a German Nazi era Gau badge of 1934 sold to raise funds for some childrens cause. (Can't read the last word) Since there is no swastika it may not have been a Nazi sponsored fund drive.
Correction, please replace the word Gau with tinnie.
Inscription is : Kinder Aufs Land
Date is 1934
