My husband recently bought me these earrings on a trip to India.
They are very solid and well made. The posts, backs, wire thru the pearl, and the (Persian?) turquoise stone oval setting are all yellow gold. (the posts are 1/2 inch long). The 4 point white "star" has diamonds inset in it.
They are 3/4" across, and about 1 1/2" long, to the bottom of the pearls.
I have never seen a combinations of materials like this. There is a very small mark on the back I can't make out.
Can anyone provide me with more info, age, era, & possibly a guesstimate?
Thanks!!
