Per my appraisal this cute little sugar scuttle was made in England in the early 1900's. EPBM - Electro Plate Britannia Metal. There is evidently a small sugar scoop that fits in that back handle. The engraving is still visible: pretty floral design. Cleans very well with Wrights silver polish.
With the scoop, the appraisal said it would be valued at $250.00
