I've had this piece of porcelain for some time now in my collection and have always thought it to be Chelsea but never been certain. It has the gold anchor mark to the lower side of base and has two small moulding holes to underside (one under seach bird) The colours do look Chelsea colours and the piece is in perfect condition however I am aware that Chelsea gold anchor esp. was copied by firms such as Sampson of France. If anyone has any specific or specialised knowledge of Chelsea or fine porcelain then I would be delighted to hear from you regarding this piece's authenticity. Many thanks, Alex
