Meiji? Jungin mark?
It has a hammered texture, and an iridescent sheen. I am unsure if the sheen is from needing to be polished, or if it was intentionally made that way.
The pot measures as follows:
8" tall with the handle up, 5.5" to the top of the knob on the lid (not including the handle)
7.5 inches wide, including the spout
3.5 inches wide across the base of the teapot
This teapot weighs 23.65 ounces.
Any tips would be appreciated!
