daul10, I haven't seen this buckle before, my guess in is a service pin (buckle) for 35 years of service. The diamond being 25 years and the 2 emeralds for 5 years each. The buckle is one of the better made ones I have seen.
I am looking for a silver belt buckle issued by ohio bell in the 1990's. It had 3 green gemstones on it, the ohio state, and what looked like a pair of linesmen's boots. It was only issued once, and never done again. Any help on this is appreciated.
I also have this same one . two emeralds one diamond...
