Picked it up for $50.00 and it's still working. Will restore it soon. According to the 1942 Craftsman Tool Catalog it originally sold for $51.50 w/1/3 HP Craftsman motor, however this has a Dunlap 1/3 HP motor.

The Dunlap motor is correct for this drill press. the motor was named after Tom Dunlap who was an employee of Sears, Roebuck and Co. and headed up the companies Craftsman hardware Dept. The Craftsman brand name was started in 1927. The name Craftsman was already being used by Marion-Craftsman Tool Co. Sears, Roebuck and Co. paid $500.00 for the rights to use the name Craftsman.
