Ann and I were driving around town last night and I thought I would snap a pic of this old gas station. They still do some mechanic work there, but have not pumped gas in a long time. There is a bullet hole in the old cash register from a gun fight on that corner back in the 1940's. This is right on the street, I was standing on the sidewalk when I shot the photo. As you can see, when they painted the station, they did not take the thermometer down, just painted around it.
