This is a 1957 Chevy Continental Convertible that belongs to my friend ,He was cropped off for his privacy . Has a Great bunch of old cars but I love this one !!!! We had a canary yellow hard top new from show room in 57 and traded it in for a 62 chevy Impala when we moved to TX . Wish we had kept the 57 :-) Not sure what kind of car is behind if the green and white one ?

Thanks Bellin, you could almost skip right over to his house from yours not to far from you . he has so many wonderful cars . But no glassware :-(
The Green and white car is a 1956 chevy Belair two door hardtop. We had one that was the same color. It is called a hardtop because it has no post between the windows.
Thanks nascar ! Gee they would have been dangerous in a rollover with no support wouldn't they ?
Back then they didn't think much about the safety of the people inside. No seat belts no airbags but did have a ridged frame and big bumpers. they thought more about not bending the car.
My daughter broke her neck in a rollover and left her a quadreplegic . She has since passed after a long fight . She needed 1/4 in more when roof caved in . In her case the windshield was installed wrong and it popped out in crash and I did not know the windshield also helps hold roof up . That question was close to my heart . More people need to be aware of the danger of replaced windshields as hers was replaced and installed wrong by a professional !
Wow sorry to hear your tragic story Mani, but made someone might read of this and know the danger of wrong installation. Might just save a life.
Thank you Love.anything !!!

Probably Perry Mason drove around in this, the time period is right, and it looks identical to some of the beauties I still see on his old show. Same year and the look is "killer" !~
I fixed it Phil :-) Well if your ever in the area and you dress like Perry I will arrange for you to ride through town waving in it :-) Thanks
