Outstanding turn-of-the-century elaborately carved one of a kind Music Cabinet. Cabinet opens into two shelves held up by wood dowels in notches. At one time there was fabric between oak pieces and carving on door. Have all pieces. Door has very elaborate charming front panel carving of musicians playing surrounded by beading which is here but not attached. Drawer pulls out via fancy knight cast bronze handle. Stick and ball carving surround top which has cameo in center. Has working rolling wooden wheels. Lock also works and I have a key but not certain if key is original.
This item is in good condition considering the age.
Retail value $1000-$1200 per professional antiques appraiser specializing in one of kind
