Sweedish WWII. Model M-1921 or M-21. Could be an M37 if it is steel. No national insignia back then. Easy to research if you like military stuff.
PS: The insignia is the three crowns of sweden.
The metal tongue buckle and brown leather chin strap says it is original. In addition to 1921 & 1937 there was a modification in 1926. They were all issued during WWII until the old ones were used up. Newer repro's have a nylon liner that is adjustable.
The 1926 modification removed the national emblem in the front and placed one on each side. That indicates that this is the M-1921 version which was modeled after German WWI helmets.

this helmet is known as the Swedish Model 21/18 "high dome"
they also made a earlier model called the Model 21/16 with a lower dome and wider brim
