What do they have in common? They are all Czech, and they all are 5" tall.
1. Loetz Creta Silberiris Rusticana: Ricke II-981 (1900-1901)
2. Rindskopf pink with green aventurine. A hinged box.
3. I say Kralik red Silberband--Stephania Zelenko says Heckert (irrefutable proof, please?)
4. And finally, the one I was waiting for in order to complete the set: ruby red PK with thick gray veining.
Of course, no Czech egg collection can be complete without an egg-shaped "lady's bar", but that will be the subject of my next posting.

Al, the Loetz piece borrows heavily from a popular egg cup design by Hans Eduard von Berlepsch-Valendas, who had his cups mass produced by J. Winhart & Co. I'll see if I can dig up a picture for you.
BTW - the PK piece is my favorite. Well executed. The crest reminds me of the Hokusai's "Great Wave Off Kanagawa."
