This next information is unmentioned in the FAP book.
American Machinist, Vol 35, 1911. The Kyoto Pottery Co of Fredericksburg VA has been incoporated to manufacture pottery products by W A Search and R W Spencer. VA is probably a typo since both men are connected with Ohio pottery. R Walter Spencer was a principal in FPC.
