My wind up clothes line for use inside or when its raining. Mount it on the wall, pull it out, and attach it. When not in use wind it back up. Sold by Hecht Dept Store. Founded in 1857 Hechts was acquired by May dept stores then Federated then recently Hechts name dropped and changed to Macys. There is still a Hechts in Richardson Tx. Thanks for looking.
