Got to reading this little bottle I had a long time. Thomas Edison Battery Oil Bottle. On one side it has old Toms signature embossed on it. Other side readsEdison Battery Oil, Made In USA, Thomas Edison inc, Bloomfield NJ USA. All this on a little 4"tall bottle. Seems the oil was added to glass batteries to extend battery life. Used primarily by railroad companies and commonly found along the tracks where the bottle was thrown away.Learned something today. Thanks for looking.
