This pin is from Lee Telephone Company. It was a rural telephone company located in Virginia. It was purchased by Central Telephone in the early 1960s and the design of the pin changed (to a blue and white color scheme).
I have only seen 2 of these pins (with the green and white enamel) after years of collecting. I have one and the other is owned by a collector who lives up in Michigan. Enjoy!
