This is a Steiff ride-on toy from FAO Schwartz (tags still on). I got this from a job I was working on in Alpine (at Stevie Wonder's house, I swear it's true!) I was told that it belonged to his daughter Aisha by his girlfriend Yolanda. They were throwing it out. It's really a great piece.
