Again Spriteboy42 really helped me out by trading me two coca-cola wooden carriers. Before these i never have had a wooden coke carrier now i am enjoying two! I think they are both from the 1940's when metal was in demand for war so they used wood instead. The one carrier has the dec 25 1923 bottle on the side maybe its a 1930's carrier? anyways i have a ton of carriers now lol too many to count, i have spread from the top of my crate desk to a glass cabinet which is almost full.... Hope you guys enjoy your weekend i know i already am :)

you've got the makings of one impressive coke collection, trev. you should contact your local newspaper of tv station. they love doing articles or features on collections like this. and the benefit to you; it gets your name out there and suddenly, you are being contacted by every local who has an old coke item in their basement or attic.
my collection has been featured in about 5 local magazines and I've received some great treasures because of the exposure.
i meant to say newspaper OR tv station.
Thanks alot Ray i really appreciate your comment. I have never really thought about contacting my local news paper or TV station before. Sounds like a good idea, but the only thing that worries me is i live in a really small town were its pretty easy to know where someone lives and showing off my collection may notify the wrong people if you know what i mean. Beside that tho i would think it would be really cool to see my collection on t.v. or in a newspaper.
Great display Trev, you've come a long way in little time. Nice to see the variety and quality of your collection always improving, looks awesome!
Thanks alot Bernie
Oh, you mean like junk dealers? I'M KIDDING!
Great collection, like the paper one with metal handle.
Very Cool Trev, I like your lighted display case too!!! I bet you have the biggest collection in that small town for sure!

great collection, I see you bought a showcase from ikea, those are great and cheap, I bought three of those for my collection
lol thanks fifties50s, funny that you spotted that out.
That bentwood carrier in the third photo is a difficult little guy to find, it doesn't turn up that often in good shape.
Thanks Blaine i agree, very thin wood im surprised it was able to hold 6 full bottles of coke without falling apart, alot of them prob did over time.
Thanks MooreAntique
