I think you have come up with a piece of Guido Andlovitz!
You'll also see Guido Andloviz.
The factory la Società Ceramica Italiana Laveno ( or la S.C.I.) began on the shores of Lago Maggiore in norther Italy in 1856 and continued on the the twenties when in 1923 Guido Andlovitz was handed over directorial control.
Anything that colour attracts me but around 1939 Guido did some stuff like that. Check out this set:

The mark in Italian is:
Simbolo grafico Lavenia verde, made in Italy.
Are there any impressed marks?
Some other designers who worked there in this period were: Antonia Campi, Piero Portalupi & Angelo Biancini.
You should research this one carefully.
