Can anyone help identify designer of this chair? I imagine the logo tells the manufacturer, but I don't have a clue as to the identity.
The logo shows a chair and below it there is this information:
BU - EX
? ? ? ?
MADE IN DENMARK
Could this be by Finn Juhl? Is similar to some of his designs.
This suite of furniture was in the Presidents office of First National Bank of San Angelo. Michael T. Halbouty, owned the bank at one time.
My husband has this furniture in his CPA office. There is an Executive Desk, Credenza, large square lamp table, Secretary Desk, Bar (originally had refrigerator in it - now just shelves), and 3 chairs like one shown in picture.
I don't have digital pictures of the rest of the furniture. I will do that tomorrow. Possibly same designer for the desk, etc.
I love the teak - it is such a beautiful wood. We do know a young CPA, who keeps asking when my husband will be retire - he wants to buy our Danish retro furniture. At least we know one person in this town who appreciates it like we do!

The chair is not for sale at the moment - still using in our office. My husband will be 90 yrs old in November, but is still working in his accounting office.
I still would like some information on designer and manufacturer of the chair.
