thankyou mich :)
One of the first cameras I wrapped my hands on, and took my first cousins, aunts, and uncles' birthday. I can just picture the 1/2 gallon box of Neopolitan tri-colored Meadow Gold Ice cream and Crisco Frosted vanilla flavored cake and hearing the jets screaming off the runways of Moffett Field, California.
thankyou vincentanton for the love and sharing:)
I forgot to mention that and, answer Bruce99's ?). It uses 620 film, about the size of 120 film.
really i didnt know that:).
It may have used 127 film instead of 620. I'll have to confirm later.
Thanks vincentanton. Here's a website that you may also find useful Sean: http://brownie-camera.com/ It's a neat camera and you did a very nice job of photographing it!
Here's lots of info on the Brownie Hawkeye:

thankyou very much JohnKratz for the information :)
Sean, be sure to check out the brownie-camera.com website that I mentioned previously. It has a lot of detailed information that could help you to actually use this vintage camera if you so choose to do so. Regards, Bruce
so my camera was made in 11/1955, it uses 620 film .
thankyou very much Bruce99:)
i did check it out bruce99 its very informative and i did check out the wiki.org one as well very important info on both sites:) thankyou Bruce99 and JohnKratz for your help:)
Yes, "wiki" is always a good general reference. I've even donated to them in the past because I use the site so much. I know that so-called "Cy-bararians" use it all of the time as a good starting point. Vincentanton's posts are what made me do a little searching on my own. Now I think I'll hold on to my old Minolta X-700 outfit. Neat stuff. Hopefully family doesn't decide it's dumpster filler when I'm gone! :)
THANKYOU Bruce99 for sharing this :) yes and old cameras are very collectable, they just make gret decor for the office and through out of the rest of the home or to be used as well :) you should post your Minolta X-700 outfit would love to see it :)
Anytime Sean. :)
