The A. L. S. should be the American Lombardi Society. The SV you will probably have to search their individual medals and tokens for more information. There are three or four of these in the eBay archives.

This comes from the Ladies Aide Society (L.A.S.) for the Sons of Veterans (SV) of the Civil War. This organization later because the Auxiliary of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War (ASUV).
