I could be wrong but I bought this as an unsigned Miriam Haskell, it was at a good price and I didnt mind if it wasnt :)
It is beautifully made and structured with pretty rhinestones, beads and wiring.

Very nice, it looks like the center piece and the 3 beads connected to it on each strand are Haskell. I wonder if it is a repaired piece? Check this out.

But like you said I would not mind much unless I paid to much. Whom ever repaired it seemed to do a nice job.
