I have this cute doll which i'm trying to figure out if it is a barbie, or brand name too see if i could look for more information.The friend that gave it to was to be for my daughter, but i in up putting her on a shelf and used a roll of tp to hold her up as her beautiful dress showed more detail.

Hi Bratjdd , no she is not a Barbie , she looks like a take off of tammy doll by Ideal however I believe since you did not say it was marked on back of neck what co made her , that she is just a what we call dime store fashion doll :-) Let me know if it says anything on back of her neck or on her backside . Hope this helps . I would date her from 60's to 70's . Someone did a beautiful job making her that fancy dress !

I remember my mother had one that sat on her antique rocker that her sister made for her. Using as a tp holder is a good idea too-especially in a little girls bathroom.
