I have a similar lantern. Mine is a B&O marked Keystone "Casey" with the cast clear globe. The building is the Capitol Dome. Mine does not have "Loco" on the back. If the lantern is marked B&O, has no rust holes and is complete (oil pot and wick) it is probably worth around $150 to $200. If the lantern is not marked probably around $100 to $125.
