4 different styles of wooden "Saggahew' brand salesman's sample skis from the late 1800's or early 1900's. 24" long by 7/8" wide. Lovely, old, crackled, alligator-like patina and original decals. The company that made and sold these operated in the southern New Hampshire area, and took the name from a local Native American tribe. All skis have a single groove on the bottom, while 3 have decorative grooves on the top side trimmed in a gilt paint; of these, two are jumping skis (at bottom, with arched profile), while the second from the top is a downhill model. The fourth example, a X-country style, is at top, with great carving detail and depth in the area of the foot pad and portion just before and behind it.

Thanks Robin; I probably wouldn't own some of this stuff if it wasn't for you pushing me to bid.
