My Fiance was walking down the Railroad track that are not used anymore and where a tree had fallen the roots grew over the lock...
If anybody knows anythings about the lock please let me know i'm very interested in knowing about it.
On the back of the lock it says Sig. Dept. and on the piece on the top of the lock says L & N RR
