I liked this wheel, enough to build a stand for it. I see allot of these rusting away in front lawns many times and then become nothing.
I don't know if the owner coated this with something or if he just kept it in good shape. But I did think it was a nice piece to have.

A lovely piece, but I would say that it is an implement wheel.
Very nice condition. Looks like an old drop planter wheel.
