Pictured is an original Luftwaffe Ground Combat Badge, along with the original award notification certificate. The badge was awarded to Luftwaffe Obergefreiter Hans Brugger of Flak-Batterie 32/VI. It was awarded on September 1st, 1944, five years to the day that WW II started.
