THIS IS DATED 1917 AND IN GOOD CONDITION FOR IT'S AGE. THE HINGE IS TIGHT AND THE CLASP IS SOLID. LOOKS TO BE SILVER PLATE ON BRASS. NICE AND HEAVY. THE MIRROR IS INTACT AND NO FADING. THE UNIT IS 21/2 INCHES WIDE BY 3/4 INCH DEEP. ALL IN ALL SOLID FOR ALMOST 100 YEARS OLD. NO MARKINGS AS TO MAKER.
