Pretty little 3-inch height, ceramic Christmas or holiday boot or shoe with tassle on toe. White with red drips; black sole bottom and red inside. Gold trim. It's marked on bottom but can't decifer. I think it's an M. I assume it's vintage 1972. Any guesses? Thanks vscience@yahoo.com
