Hello,
can anyone tell me about this pocket watch? Found it in Italy 30 plus year ago...0.800 stamp, swiss 12343 stamped on case and case cover, maybe serial number???, cylinder 10 rubis,working condition, I see movement inside watch.

I will have to buy a better magnifying glass to see the marks...I am surprised that there is no name of numbers on the movement itself.
Just got back from an Estate buyer...It seems that this ladies pocket watch is a "paperweight". :( For a second he thought it could be an Austrian or Russian watch :) He offered me $20 for it. I think I'll keep it an keep researching it.
